I am not able to associate the defects to a particular test or campaigns. I am getting the defects from Mantis. please refer the attachments.

Can you please let me know what is the process to associate the defect with test or campaigns.

Hi,
It's very simple, a defect can only be associated to a failed test. You need to:
1) select a campaign
2) select a campaign session (from this campaign)
3) then select a test that failed
4) click on the "link to defect" button
5) select the defect in the tree
