Dear All,
Following an upgrade to the above version which is the latest release version, it is practically impossible to create a new test or run an existing one.
An exception is thrown each time I try to run an existing test/create a new test.
See below for the heading of the exception thrown:
Thread AWT-EventQueue-0 has thrownan uncaught exception java.lang.NullPointerException.
Regards,
Mbenjamin.

Cannot reproduce here... I'll need the steps to reproduce/traces to understand what is the issue your side.

Dear Forum Admin,
I’m using the latest release (i.e. v1.0a1) via a web browser.
Reproduce step:
1. Upgrade to the lasted release version i.e. v1.0a1 2. Create A Category 3. Create a folder 4. Click on the button Create a Test
Actual Result/Error An uncaught exception is generated and displayed.
Kindest regards,
MBenjamin.

Hi, Sorry but I still cannot reproduce your problem Could you please send me the complete stack trace (after "Thread AWT-EventQueue-0 has thrownan uncaught exception java.lang.NullPointerException."). If you're using the web package you can activate the traces by going to: settings > control panel > Java > advanced > java console > display... Thanks,

Hi, The traces show only that there is a problem creating the user tree (useful to select the author of the test at creation time). The only thing I can think of would be a problem related to rights you have... Can you try to create a test while you have ALL the rights on your user account?
